Andrew R. Muehlbauer, Esq.
Andy is the founding member of Muehlbauer Law Office. Andy was born and raised in Wisconsin and attended University of Wisconsin - Madison from 1999 - 2003, where he graduated with a degree in Political Science. From there, he attended University of Minnesota Law School where he focused on litigation-related classes and workshops. He graduated magna cum laude in 2006 and took a job with the highly-respected regional litigation firm of Cooksey, Toolen, Gage, Duffy & Woog in August of 2006. He made partner at Cooksey Toolen in March of 2014.
After being given the opportunity to experience every aspect of litigation over more than eight years of practice with Cooksey Toolen, Andy decided to venture out on his own to open a boutique litigation firm that focuses on individual client attention and litigation plans specifically tailored to the client's goals. Muehlbauer Law Office, Ltd. opened its doors in March of 2015.
One of the most important things Andy learned from his years at Cooksey Toolen came from one of the senior partners at the firm: an important role of lawyers is to absorb stress for their clients. That means we take on the conflict, the negativity, and the complications of litigation so that the clients can go back to living their lives.
On the personal side of things, every moment not spent with his family or working in his practice is generally spent rooting for the Packers, Badgers, and Vegas Golden Knights.
